Hello members of Northampton South,
Some of our members have reported receiving emails from someone saying they are a volunteer for our group. They then ask for information including payment details.
Our technical team are working around the clock to protect all their members from this spam and in the meantime I would remind you all not to give any personal details, for example bank details or click on any links. Freecycle would not ask you for this information so please bear that in mind if you receive one of these emails. The problem will be dealt with quickly and please report anything you suspect of being spam so that we can investigate it.
